Interior Renovation That Respects the Existing Space

Blucap’s published heritage work is restoration with care — preserving what still works, rebuilding what doesn’t, and keeping a space’s history legible in the finished result.

Residential interiors are designed around how a household actually lives, from spatial planning through to materials, furniture and lighting. Where that work is an existing home rather than an empty shell, the same design-and-build sequence applies.

What We Renovate

Residential Renovation

Published residential interiors cover homes, villas and apartments. Journal writing on compact rooms, flooring and working with an older building is about changing an existing interior, not styling an empty plot.

Office & Commercial Renovation

When an existing workplace or commercial interior no longer matches how people work, Blucap treats it as a design-and-build brief on an occupied or previously occupied floor — not as a disposable refit.

How the work proceeds

Understanding the site comes before drawing. On an existing building that includes what must stay, what must change, and how the interior will be used after handover.

  1. Discover

Understanding the brief, the site and how the space needs to work before the design begins.

  2. Design

Developing the space, materials and details with the way it will actually be used in mind.

  3. Build

Bringing the design to life through detailed execution, site supervision and close attention to every decision on site.

  4. Deliver

Completing a space that works as intended, with responsibility carried through to the finished result.

Planning Your Renovation

A renovation is not automatically a complete makeover. The brief decides how much of the existing interior remains.

Cost depends on the nature, size, scope and specification of the project — including the condition of what is already there.

Blucap does not publish standard renovation packages or guaranteed calendars. The enquiry is the place to describe the space.

Questions we are asked

Is heritage restoration part of renovation?

Yes, where the project is an older structure. St. Andrew’s Church Parish Hall in Bangalore is published heritage restoration work.

Do you only renovate homes?

No. Residential interiors are one published offering. Workplace and hospitality interiors use the same design-and-build sequence when the brief is an existing space.

How should we start?

Use the project enquiry form. We'll reply within one business day.
